I came across that page. Some of the links does not work though. Here's one more link that you can use

masternewmedia . org/ rss /top55/part- 1. htm (get spaces out since I am not yet allowed to post links)

There are some sites that does not also work there maybe because some are already old but most are live an are still directories.

I might build my own list in the near future but that is great resource

well i just noticed that some of the sites are not rss directories but blog directories..
