How to get high traffic?

maybe it's not good things to question, but until today my blog is poor hits. since 4 month ago onli got visitor less than 600. ??? please help me

welcome to SEo chat forums. I suggest you will examine your targeted keywords and niche. It maybe have little searchers. Also check the position of your keywords in Google.

Try writing in a daily basis if you have time. Use Google adwords external keyword tool to decide which realistic keywords to target.

untill now i dont know where is part of template code area to keyword placed...please help me show it...

It's not as simple as just inserting keywords into the meta-keywords tag... (in fact that tag is largely a waste of time)!
It's about gearing the site/subject towards the right keyword(s), including those words/phrases in your site/page/post titles and getting backlinks using (variations of) those keywords as link anchor text.

Improving traffic is easiest done by:
Selecting the right keywords (and building your site and backlink anchors around those keywords)
Improving your rankings (building targetted backlinks from highly related sources).
