IF you ad content frequently then it will be indexed quickly ( provided that you have linked to other frequently updated blogs ;) )

the fastest to get indexed is keep on adding relevant articles at least 2 to 3 articles per day if you are just starting.

Where do the article comes from? I think you may have thought about Indexing a site (adding fresh content) right?

The best way to index a page is make few links of it and add content on the regular basis.. but if you are thinking of going a long way then keep on posting content on (daily basis.. i dont mean 1 per day u can post as much as information u want .. but make sure its right and geuine). if maintained in a proper way , blogs get high PR as well

It can be either very fast, or very slow. People suggest you have at least one backlink at the launching of the site, that way you can be reached by the crawlers faster, especially if the site where you link is gets crawled frequently.
