HELP!!! Php, 301 redirect, moving blog, and 404
Im changing the url on my blog from "myblog.com" to "mymainsite.com/blog".

I'm wanting to keep all of the indexed pages and whatever potential pagerank I might have plus avoid duplicate content (even though my blog is only a week old, I have 30+ pages indexed.

1)What type of re-direct do i need to do here?

My blog url is ncaafootballtalk.com and im wanting to move it and all the contents to thesackshack.com/blog.


I have NO idea how to avoid duplicate content and 404 page not found errors. Please help.
