Feed aggregator and submitting time

I installed a feed aggregator to display a couple of feeds to add relivant content to my new love and relationship blog. I added askmen.com and ivillage.com feeds in love and relationship. It added about 20 posted within an hour. I have like 30 feed update services my posts ping to.

ie:
http://rpc.pingomatic.com/
http://api.my.yahoo.com/RPC2
http://rpc.technorati.com/rpc/ping

Should I be adding all these feeds fast? I know Google will block you if your submitting alot of pages from the same IP really fast. Does ping act the same way? Can I go ahead and beef up my new blog with old love and relationship feeds.

I ofcourse am only adding the feed how it is intended, it shows credits and it is only the first sentence or two. You have to visit their site to read the full article. I just like having all the resources of their "Love and relationship" in one blog.

Should I slow down or keep pinging 60 miles an hour?

Many ping tools prevent clients to submit XML-RPC calls too often.

You should ping these services once for each new post.
If you publish more than one post per hour consider to send at least one ping per hour.

Don't ping too many XML-RPC interfaces.
Choose a service like pingomatic or pingoat, ping it and let him notify the other interfaces.

Several months ago this lady that claimed to know alot about blogging gave me this list of places to ping a mile long and I put it in my "Update Services". Your saying that because I have all these 50 update services and I write 3 blogs in one hour for many reasons like 3 different subjects I wanted to talk about... That I have been making myself appear as spam? I didn't know that 1 place would submit me to all these 50 places. I guess I can remove all my update services from my wordpress blog and then go to 1 place that will ping my site and if I have like 5 new blogs they will do something like a slow submit for me? Is this what you are saying? If this is true, how many places should I go for this? Just one? so there is a big difference from using a ping service like pingomatic, pingoat, pinger.blogflux, technorati and the actual "submit" site.
