Yahoo won't index pages after a website URLRewrite mod

I have enjoyed good rankings and indexing in yahoo for quite some time. And I would notice that it constantly indexed all my new pages. However, it is now skipping pages on my site which I recently added a mod to optimize the url string for (it is a real rewrite and not a redirect). Google and msn index all these pages though. Yahoo also indexes many of my new pages. But it no longer indexes ones in my new format. It's been 2 months and so something must be wrong.

My old way they used to always get indexed in yahoo:
    http://www.yapclub.com/EVENTS/tabid/56/ctl/details/mid/369/eventID/601/Default.aspx

My new way that yahoo does not index for some reason:
    http://www.yapclub.com/events/601/addison-kaboom-town-fireworks.aspx
    http://www.yapclub.com/dfw/night-clubs/515/ghost-bar-dallas.aspx

These pages get indexed from my main page at
    http://www.yapclub.com/dfw/

When doing url rewriting, is there stuff a search engine can see 'behind the scenes' such as error codes or redirects? Perhaps it looks for an actual file directory? Perhaps my url rewriter is doing something that the search engine doesn't like? Maybe there is something where the search engine thinks I am doing some kind of trick? Is yahoo penalizing me for changing this (I did not do redirects for my old links but they still work)? Or perhaps it's just a coincidence and there is something else wrong?

I am looking for possible search engine advice here. My page is done on asp.net on dotnetnuke.com and I have asked in the technical forum for these sites too. But there aren't any search engine experts on those forums who would know why one search engine would work but another not.

    Thanks,
    Jason

ps: these forums are great and very helpful!
