Personal results on Bing

I rarely play on Bing, but I'm noticing different results from one computer to another, does Bing also give personal results like Google?

After 172 people viewed this and no answers. I went digging, and found Bing does use your history which can be turned off or on in the preference section.

Even though I rank better on bing than google it brings me a much smaller amount of traffic in comparison, so until bing can bring over a large % of googles searchers I won't worry thinking about it or how it works.
