Bizarre bing issue O_o

I'm seeing some weird stuff with bing...so, site is not indexed in bing.

What I check that cleared as being not the issue
>robots.txt is fine
>no meta robots.txt on site
>markup is standard wordpress fare

The plot thickens
>Site is being crawled by Bing
>Bing Webmaster Central shows that the site does have pages indexed
>When I search in Bing for websitename.com, websitename, website name, site:websitename.com, site:websitename.com inurl:robots ...nothing...
>backlink profile is not very spammy, very natural, no anchor text rich links

What I did find:
>site has three sitemaps...I don't think this is the issue but I'm getting this cleaned up anyway
>verifying site in webmaster central..don't think this is the issue either but getting this done too...

curious to hear what some theories are....and wondering if I missed something in my sleuthing...

How long has the site been online? Were pages indexed before?

great questions, site has been online for a while, definitely establish. To be honest with you...i don't think the site ranked in bing in recent history..
