Website not showing up in local bing

Hi all,
I have a .net.au website that IS showing up in Bing, however not very well.

When I search with the option "Show all", the website is found (although ranks very poorly).

However, when I click "Pages in Australia" the website does not show up AT ALL, even if I type the entire URL in the search.

I would have expected the ranking to be better in the limited search, however it isn't even there.

If anyone could share any possible reasons for this problem I would greatly appreciate it.

I think it is not properly optimized. Have you submitted xml site-map in bing webmaster tool?

Yes, a sitemap is submitted.

In fact, there are 2:
/sitemap.xml and /sitemap.xml.gz

both with 186 URLs submitted.

Could having 2 sitemaps affect the result?

<meta http-equiv="content-language" content="en-au">

I have already done it. But why my sit has not listed yet in bing search? please if you know what the errors in my site then let me know. I will correct them and try again. I waiting for an effective solution....... and descriptive.
