According to me both of them are good.No matter what google is the most efficient because it is the most viewed or used.In internet viewers or users is the main factor to rank a website.

Google dominates the search industry with 80%+ dominance. Bing is a distant 2nd. Their search results are somewhat similar but not the same. Focus on Google and monitor Bing. Bing results will likely be acceptable.

Which search enging is better, Google or Bing

shane122 has asked is bing better than google ? can any one tell me why?

Well shane122 let me say this.

Google and Bing present information differently. The question you should ask is ... What am I looking for information or a business.
Try this. Go to Google and search for something in particular. Then repeat the search in Bing, forget Yahoo for the moment because they use Bing technology to power there searches.

Now examine the results you get and decide which is more relevent to your search results. I think you will find Google is more information relevent and Bing is more business relevent.

Think of Google as the Pied Piper, all the other search engines follow Google's lead eventually. So optimize for Google first with this one exception. Google likes the tags <strong> </strong> vs the tags <b> </b>. Where as all the other engines perfer <b> </b>.

Google just happens to be the top dog at the moment with the two exceptions of Yandex in Russia and Baidu in China, only in these two countries is Google not top dog in serp's.
