Hii Mushget .........Bing Supports sitemap.xml file as we have option in GWT to submit site map same in bing Webmaster tool login as bing bingdotcom/webmaster

simply find on Google you will get actual link for submitting sitemap in bing.

First create email id with bing (hotmail) and then go on bing dot com/toolbox/webmaster/
Here you can submit sitemap file to Bing.
