Gone from Bing; Could it be a System Error?

Hello,

So, yesterday we were ranking pretty consistently on Bing (for over a week) at around the same ranking. This morning, it started being very inconsistent, and now it looks like we're completely gone, which is very depressing.

However, I think I have a theory why this is happening. If you do a search for our company name (the one thing still in Bing) instead of our regular description, we get "System Error! An unexpected error has occurred in the application. The error has been routed to..." Now, this is obviously not on the page. Could it be that when the spiders went through the website was down (it isn't down now) and this has caused the rankings to go crazy? Is this a good theory.

Thank you so much.

Sincerely,

Michael Gillen
