Summing up
As far as i know in order to get you site indexed with ask jeeves you need to get many links from authority web sites. An xml site map will also make indexing easier. Other important factors are:

- Regular updates
- Addtional information links answering users questions
- Citations for the information provided in the web site and any other information that will make the web site more credible.
- Fast loading page
- User experience

I know ask jeves are trying to do a big marketing complain... are my eyes deceiving me? is this truly them trying to spam? Or is it someone just not making sense?
