and does ask.com have webmaster tools ?

I don't think you can, I think ask filters someone one else's data for their results.

Ask does not have an URL submit feature any longer. Until recently, you could submit your sitemap to them using this formula,http://submissions.ask.com/ping?site...om/sitemap.xml But Ask.com has now retired this feature and says they will be crawling sites instead.

then this isnt any way for webmaster tools and seo in ask by webmaster tools
