In analytics you can either :
set goals - visitor sees Page A (form page) then visitor sees Page B (thank you page) - create a goal for each form.
add an event on form submission and then track that particular event as a conversion in analytics, It's up to you.

Thank you for a quick reply.
Form page and Thank You page is are not different for this website. It shows Thank You message next to the form submit button !!

DO you think Event would be a good option for this ?

Then yes you should choose events. A bit trickier to configure but I find it more powerful.

Hi, I have setup a button click event in TagManager to track users' activity for that form/input field. It worked very well under the RealTime Section of Analytics.

    The challenge I have is...
I do see number of new usere/session under Acquisition head of Analytics and I want to see number of events captured per session/user.

For this website I have No Thank you page when they fill-in their details and submit the button, hence I would have to count those button clicks as a goals in Analytics.

Hope this explanation helps you understand scenario. OR visit this website to understand actual working www.ssl.support
