Hello - are you looking at the same view for the two different users ? It could be that you're looking at two different views with different filters, etc applied. Also, do you get a very large amount of traffic? If so, depending on how you are looking at reports, it is possible that you're seeing different sampling, maybe? With that said, I'd need more exact details to help beyond that....some questions I would have

Have you verified that the view is the same that you're looking at for the two different properties?
What data is "off" when you look at it ? Sessions/users?
How are you looking at the data, are you using standard reports or advanced segments?

    To add to Whiterabbit's answer:

Check that you are not applying any filter eg regex rules to filter out spam in some view. When I work for a new client the first thing I do is filter out all the possible spam from the reports I'll be using and leave a clean report just to compare. Obviously, if I send data from these two reports mine will have less traffic but more precise data.
