Yesterday i checked my keyword rank it was on 22 and when i check today it is showing me on 46 so i can not understand reason behind that. Why my rank suddenly decrease.

Thanks for your reply but i never submitted my content to low quality sites and not in a bulk also so the low quality link can not be my problem. So what else i can do to get my keyword rank back.
