Question What does alexa tell me?
As a noob in seo I would like you to ask, what does alexa tell me as a webmaster of a small pr 3 page?
How canI use alexa to get more visitors/what traffic rank is "good"?

actually there is no way you can use alexa to have more visitors on your website except to register your site

you can place alexa ranking statistics on your website, so more people can know your ranking and can also suggest your review in alexa.

rather try submitting the website to other german sites...
