Question What is considered a good ranking in Alexa

I have been going to alexa for a while but just now installed the toolbar. My site is really new. We have only been online since February so our three month ranking is nothing to brag about but I am pleased with my daily ranking. It is steadily improving. I know this is all subjective just wanting some feedback? I guess I want to know how I'm doing. LOL.

    Thanks

    Patty

alexa ranking isn't really accurate measure of site traffic. If your site is new, ranking within 1,000,000 isn't bad. Most believe top 100,000 ranking as being successful.

I am totally biased, but I only find it interesting to check with Alexa periodically. I use it as a minor indicator only. Focus on your results in Google. To me, Alexa is of little importance.

Thanks! We aren't there yet we are more like 800,000 LOL. But when I check the stats for today it was at like 44000. But for some reason I just don't think it is acurate. I am not using that much bandwith and I do have a lot of pageviews but I just find it hard to believe that it is accurate because we are such a new site. I wish there was a better way to judge things.
