My Alexa rank is not updating!

Hello, my website is about 3 months old now and since then I've been slowing climbing up in the ranks from 10,000,000 to 986,423. I finally broke the one million mark, which is a huge deal for me, however the rank has been stuck at that for almost 3 weeks now. Usually it updates every week, if not every couple of days. The worse part is that right when it decided to get stuck, my traffic increased by huuuge amounts. My site is a gaming site, and the problem is that development companies decide how much attention they're going to pay to my site based completely on my Alexa rank. This is killing me! I've contacted Alexa already but it's been over a week with no response, so I doubt anything is going to happen with that. Any information on this? Has this ever happened to anyone else? Any suggestions on getting this resolved?

I also have the same problem. Alexa ranking has not updated for a week.
