An example of Alexa being accurate
I've been a fan of this guy for a while. He's pretty popular. Perhaps you've heard of him. Anyway, his site got a huge break after writing two articles about grading childrens artwork. That was mid-late 2002. Here is his alexa chart:

I guess with everyone having beef with alexa, I figure I'll try and show that it is, in fact, pretty damn accurate in reflecting traffic. Man I'm bored. I'm sorry for wasting your time. I'll go back in my cave now. |

alex is no way close to be perfet or accurate. But it's better that any other measure of traffic or site popularity.
