Alexa Site info page help
Just curous, My site is listed on Alexa and i have a ranking on alexa however there is no site info or picture, it has been a few months, is there something i have to do? please advise.

I even added there ranking code to my site still has not helped

Find your site on Alexa somehow, click on Site Info, then at the bottom somewhere find the link Correct errors etc. It will show you the thumbnail placeholder, with a link next to it to force an update. Please note that Alexa always takes a snapshot from the index page of your "root" domain, regardless of the page you're trying to correct. So all the pages on your domain will get the same pic standing next to it.
