It's a malformed FORM (it has no ACTION parameter).

You can do it this way too:

http://thumbnails.alexa.com/update_....yourdomain.com

Where www.yourdomain.com is changed to your domain.

Right... direct link because some browsers don't want to fix Alexa's malformed FORM... so the FORM doesn't work.
