Where to start? - advice appreciated

I am totally new to this idea of promoting affliates and could use some advice how to start. I just started reading this section recently. Are there any threads or websites anyone would recommend? Would people recommend clickbank?
Out of the following domain names what would people recommend I develop first? dailyfitnesstips dot com, oraclejobs dot com, managemycarbs dot com or blackjacksuccess dot come?

Click bank are ok but I preffer Trade Doubler. Comission Junction are also ok. What I try to do is to get people to the pages from web searches but don't give them too many options to click any where other than the affiliate links.

Thats not to say the page doesn't have a full navigation system - just I would rather they clicked on the affiliate link.

Also - don't bother optimising for top level single word generic search terms - the conversion rates are very bad because these people are just browsing not realy looking to buy.

It will make much more sense to do keyword research and target the right terms - it will also be a lot easier to attain rankings for them!

Make usre you never violate any terms of service.
