What programs to run on my buddy icon site I'm gonna start soon

I was looking at www.netpalnow.com and www.paypopup.com but others suggest fastclick and I already have a google account. I estimate that in a month time I will have about 4,000-8,000 uniques a day after the site launches. What programs are good and wouldn't scam me out of money and offer possibly cpm payment as well?

I've looked at some of these programs and I think that I can do better on my own. I want to put a pop-under on one of my heavily visited pages that does not have adsense.

I believe that I can go to a place like cj.com and get a five or six vendors with product lines that are of very high relevance to my website and also of high interest to my visitors.

Lots of people object to pop-ups/unders etc. but if the product is very relevant they might not be quite as irritated and I might make a little more money.

I will probably also have this "small mall" products as the exit page of my shopping cart.
