TradeDoubler - European Affiliate provider

My name is Liz and I work for TradeDoubler.
I wanted to discuss an opportunity with you with regards to TradeDoubler and EU reach that we have.

TradeDoubler is the only Affiliate Service Provider to cover all European markets. We have offices in 10 local markets, covering 15 countries. We are a Swedish organisation with massive market share in the major EU markets, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, all the Nordics to name a few.
Our client list is impressive; we run consultancy services on a pan European basis for Dell, Sony, Apple and AMEX and in total have 600 clients in total. We work with 75,000 publishers in the UK and 400,000 over all markets.

5 billion impressions go through our server every month with 6o million uniques (highly qualified click throughs - ie referrer checks/unique IP check/IP country check) The CTR on the network is therefore about 1.2% - our network performs very well with conversion well above the average, this would be obviously dependent on the category. We generate 60 million in revenue across our client portfolio across Europe every month.
We have been profitable since Q3 last year and growth has been over 100% for 01-02 and 02 to 03.

Aside from primarily being an ASP, we sell our technology solutions across other areas of the online industry - ie tools for Advertisers to analyse and maximise ROI, as well as for Publishers and Agencies. We are also much like an agency where we are allocated significant budget by our clients, especially our pan European clients like Dell, Apple and Sony. My job is to allocate this budget and spend it where appropriate, as well as to find the best campaigns in our network for the top tier publishers we work with like MSN, Lycos etc.

I work with many US partners who have EU traffic and who can geo-target. We have the ability to provide full data feeds to partners for search. Furthermore I find partners who are willing to invest in the PPC market and drive traffic that way. As an european TD customer I have both good and bad experiences with your network.

Good things:
- one of the biggest names in Europe
- trustworthy
- nice cp (a bit clumsy but ok)


Not so good things:

- weak security (I've emailed your tech support few times with security issues)

- lack of good non-english partner programmes... I'm not sure, but aside english are there any programmes that offer "real" data feeds to use (or at least there's no mention about these options)? After all, most europeans aside english folks search with their native language...

- lack of good FAQ is irritating. Especially partnerFAQs in most cases are totally useless waste of space.

These are just my opinions, but I'd love to see development in local partner services before going after the bigger fishes...

On the dark side, don't forget the poor CPM, really far from Adsense (1/8 or 1/12)
