The hottest businesses on the net, at least for me, are the ones that have reasonable competition, more than acceptable margins, low to no inventory costs, and is something I know quite a bit about.

Anyone that thinks PPC (Pills Porn or Casinos) is the hottest business on the Internet today - is right! Hot, red hot as in a good way to get burned. Too many RX programs have gone under due to legislation or getting busted, leaving tons of affiliates holding an empty cash bag. Plus although I have not seen a case yet, I am sure that if someone died due to unprescribed meds the affiliate site they saw the ad through could potentially be held liable for marketing illegal prescriptions.

I sure would not want to be the target of this or be included in a class action suit (a higher probability) where attorneys are looking for as many pockets of money that they can find. You may not lose the lawsuit, but you will spend a fortune in legal fees.

This is really an interesting piece of info. There could be a lot of guys sitting outside USA and trying to make money on the net (like me). They won't even be aware of such legal issues and finally burn their fingers.
