Starting an Affiliate Program - Looking for the right affiliates

We are in the process of setting up a lead generation affiliate program. We would like to find a few people who are really serious about making some money and know how to generate leads.

We would have different actions and pay different amounts based on the action that happens. Anything from contact information generated, to chat's that get initiated with our agents, appointments being set and sales that occur.

Feel free to PM me or reply here if you are interested. I would be curious to know how much money it would take per action to interest people. I was thinking of $2.00 per contact item. (ie. $2.00 for phone number, $2.00 for email, $2.00 for address) $5.00 per chat, $10.00 per phone call, $10.00 per appointment. $25.00 per sale. Those are just my initial thoughts, but nothing is set in stone yet.

We would also potentially offer articles and such for our industry as content fillers. Have contests monthly etc.
