Site now 1000 vistors/day but adsense $ low?

Ok, I now have a content site that gets 900-1000 visitors per day. I have the vertical adsense ads displaying on most of the pages. In the first 3 months of the year, my adsense dollars was $xx (TOS.... lets just say its less than $100)

How can I increase my income. I know very little about affiliates so if that is what you recommend, please detail how it works.

There must be a way to generate more income with that kind of traffic.

1. Blend your ads into your content. You dont want stand out signs that the ad is an ad.

2. Make sure the ads that are appearing are related to the topic of your site. If not block some of the ads through the google adsense page.

3. Your website topic might just happen to deal with ads that dont sell well. So people arnt bidding that high on them terms.

A link to your site would be helpful. I agree that you should try to blend your adds, I use the same colors that my website has, and it is dificult to notice that they are adsence adds.

Disclosing your Adsense revenue is a violation of the Adsense TOS. Get caught doing it and G will yank your Adsense account. Might want to edit that in your post, that's my advice:smile:

There is no need to reply to a post, if you feel you should report it to the mods.
Many people here hate old threads, it is often better to start a new thread then to bring back a thread that is more than a few weeks old. It is a judgement call, if you bring a thread back make sure you add something to the value of the thread or you have a valid on the topic follow up question. Thanks.
