old domain banned from adsense - previous 3 domains couldn't get accepted

does google somehow keep on record the names of the site owners who got banned or something? because a long while back one of my domains got banned.. ever since then i have owned 3 domains, and each of these was unable to get accepted.. and when i ask specifically why in my email response as to why my site is not getting accepted they always say 'please note google may not be able to say the specific reasons why your site was denied blah blah'

im starting to wonder if i am permanently banned from adsense by name or something... do you think they just search for my name "Avery tarasov" and see at ONE point one of my domains got banned from adsense, and hence i can never had a new domain added to their program ever again?

maybe im just over analyzing this, i dont know.

note: when i submitted the site for review, i didnt have clicksor ads on it lol. i have only added clicksor since i seem to be permanently banned from google adsense or something..

any feedback/advice/help would be awesome.

yes i think they bann you with your name , address, ip , bank details.... etc etc
