More Work?
Starting an affiliate program, seems like a whole new product/serivce that I would have to take on in addition to my customers. How have you guys balanced these two customers (affiliates, end-consumer)?
Also, it seems to me that this would be alot of extra work to manage properly how did you guys deal with the increased workload? |

Many companies prefer to outsource affiliate management. Not only is growing a successful affiliate program a lot of work and time, but it also requires lots of knowledge and specific skillsets.
Here's an article about the benefits of outsourcing. http://www.catalystemarketing.com/a...management.html I don't do managment personally any more so not trying to toot my own horn at all. I am very well connected though and know some of the top companies if you need a referral. Hope this helps and best of luck!
