LinkShare Payment

Since I'm pretty new to SEO and affiliate stuff, I'm curious to hear from people that do LinkShare stuff...

Mainly wondering what the lag for payment is (from the time they say they mailed it to receiving it). My LinkShare account shows a check was mailed 10 days ago, and I haven't received anything. It's not really long enough at this point to think it got lost, but is there some sort of lag between the time they say they mailed it, and actually mailing it as far as anyone knows?

It's only like $500... so it's not going to pay my bills, but a free $500, is still a free $500 I think.

Hi,

Wait for 15 days from the date of mailing. Then you could contact their customer support about missing check with all the details about checks from "payment report" along with merchants name & they will reissue you the missing checks.

Linkshare reissuing policy (which I haven't yet found) says that, they will reissue such missing checks after 6 weeks from earlier mailing date.

My very first checks were missed same way & I had to go through all this, but I got the checks after 2 weeks after contacting them.

Hope this helps

Ajit

Yeah, I agree with ajitky!

Wait about 15 days as checks (mail) can take longer to arrive in different countries than others depending on where you live.

Turns out it was lost... their policy is they will reissue after 6 weeks... which they did (and I have it now).
