kill it - rate it - improve it our affiliate program

We are a successful retailer with an affiliate program.

I’m wondering if you folks could take the time to review the program. We are not enjoying the success we had hoped for in the affiliate area. Suggestions, feedback and ideas how to get the word out on it? Is the 7% enough?

Would it be possible to review an example of the statistics you provide, it is in my opinion the most important part of an successful affiliate program.

I commend you for not having toll free telephone numbers plastered all over your site, affiliate links to other programs, and links to other sites that are not included in your program. I steer clear of commission dodging programs that operate that way. Good job.

Commission rate of 10% is good - affiliates will work harder for you if you pay higher... or maybe you would consider a bonus rate to affiliates who have a really high volume per month.

Do you have a data feed? How often is it updated?

Also, if affiliates are promoting you on an item by item basis they need to know when new items arrive in your product line and when items are removed. How do you handle that? And, can affiliates consider your product line to be stable or rapidly changing.

I made up an account and cut and paste the stats. It's all interactive..... I also added as PDF's. So how do we get the word out?
