maxbee,

IMHO RX is a dangerous niche to be in. I believe I've told you this before.

Many RX sites are illegal and get closed down without paying affiliates. Worse yet you could help someone get a drug that could hurt or kill them if the pharmacies practice is not up to par. Plus there is the potential that if there is an FTC crack down on a pharmacy you promote you could also be fined for helping to advertise it.

I know a lot about the biz and I would not promote RX if someone gave me a million. For a newbie to is VERY unwise. Especially because it's so competitive.

yes we discussed it before in an other forum, I felt it was a pressing matter that was in need of interactive feedback. what you are saying is a bit radical, i have been working with an rx affiliate program for sometime and not only are my conversions good and get pain on time, weekly, i promote herbal products, dead sea products and ED products products. They also have ac replica (watches) program and many more stuff that i can add to my site which are legal and don't cause death as you so narrow mindedly think.
Pharmacy affiliate program are not different from all the rest, as you never know what you are getting involved with unless you do you research, like all things in life. All you need to do is find out good affiliate programs and start promoting them.
Promoting right products is very necessary program with herbal products or a wide range of non controlled, especially ED which are good and decent can be very good for newbies like me... i really think that I'm in the beginning of knowing all about it, but i don't fell like I'm doing something bad.
Promoting the right products is very necessary and totally your decision, pharmacy programs do have safe alternative like herbal products or a wide range, non controlled products like ED. These are not only good sellers but safe and easy to sell for newbies like me... Affiliate Marketing is an endless learning process, which is great fo a newbie like me but I don't fell like I'm doing something bad selling safe alternatives like Herbals.
I'm willing to promote rx for less then a million who knows maybe from doing it i will earn my first million...... Everyone is entitlaed to their opinion, as for me you could noo pay me all the money in the world to get involved with casino affilaite programs knowing i was taking an old mans savings and turning into money in my own pockets.

So what exactly are you asking? Seems like you are already operating in your chosen niche so what is it that you want to know exactly?

As opposed to taking that mans savings for an herbal 'remedy' for his illness that won't actually do anything? How moral of you.

To be honest I asked because every way I go I can hear what people think about rx affiliate programs and for someone how just started working few months ago and actually promote rx I do not fell like this. I'm talking from my own experience and not from rumors. I'm working hard straggling to rank high on google trying to do my best, and doing pretty well.
I'm an honest man that trays to make a living and sick of all of the bad influence I get from you guys who do the exact same job as i do. promoting on the internet and get paid from commissions.

I wish you all happy thanksgiving and good luck with the conversions.

What in the heck is that supposed to mean?
I can't for the life of me figure out what you think you are saying.
You are hard working but others doing the same are not?
BTW some of us here do NOT get paid on commissions. In fact a lot of people here charge for professional SEO services, and others like myself work for actual brick and mortar companies that sell tangible goods.

Also I am in the states so it will be a while before Thanksgiving here.

No one is going to tell you what a good niche is. Choose a dozen affiliate programs carefully and vigerously test them all. If none work, choose another dozen.

Keep this in mind: It took Thomas Edison 2000 attempts to make the light bulb. However he was not deterred by the failures, he just said he found out 1999 ways how not to make one.

Are you a Pharmacist with an investment in a Canadian Pharmacy and playing by the rules? Then maybe.

If you are just another affiliate trying to make a buck there are a lot more ethical ways to do it than picking some company you know nothing about and then trying to convince people how great their products are.

good point I can agree with you on the general matter for sure. only that in my case i did my research and I did find a good program with a wide range of products, that allows to freely choose based on me. There is so much else that people turn a blind eye to and it gets tiring when people base opinions on rumours and subjectivity. So far my actual experience has been fine and I am doing well with my herbal products that are safe alternatives to other "harsh" medications.

realityhack disagrees: I don't think picking off the list from a program that also sells 'replica' watches is quite what
MarketingIQ had in mind. Did you answer yes to being a Pharmacist (you know with a degree and a
license)?

sounds like you're just wanting someone to say what you want to hear. I've been guilty of that on this forum. I asked a question and got frustrated when the answers weren't exactly what I was looking for. But it also sounds like you knew what answers you were going to get. Learn from my experience...if you ask a question, be thankful there are other professionals working hard for the money that are willing to take time out of their day to provide an answer for you.
