ian.com: are they alive?

Hi,
I'd like to know if some of you have any experience with ian.com and its travel affiliate program.

I sent 3 email in a week, and I never got an answer. They say to contact them if you want to use XML, to contact them to setup a smooth integration. But no answer for me.

I think I'm going to join another affiliate soon, suggestion?
