A lead, by my definition, is someone who may been interested in finding out more about your product and submits their information to be contacted. Are you guys telling me that there are places paying $30 for an interested name/address/ph# ????
I understand conversion and all, but $30 for 1 lead still seems awfully expensive. I am always looking for more money making opportunities hehe so I'm interested in just hearing more about leads and payouts. Thanks.

420boards, 30 bucks a lead is not out of the question, but for 30 bucks, you'll need not just the contact info, but also any other info that is relevent to the lead. For example, state, loan amount, etc...

His business Partner is Known as (Alek also known on many web site forums) they change there domains weekly and offer the best rates possible per lead base. They have no Webmasters/Affiliates or Loan Officers all of them we're Fired from there current company's for scamming the data base etc. You guys might of heard of them, Also his partner in Crime under the name of pacman0911 and the other is listed under "NiCk Op RaY". They owe thousands of dollars to webmasters all they do is simply get you to Sign up send traffic, Once you sent the Traffic they'll never pay you your cut. They run off and Change names/handles/contact info's. I was once very Respectful towards Alek and his Mortgage Movement until I got threatened online by Alek him self (Pacman) he simply told me if I told the truth he would kill me, go figure he's in Canada I'm in California what a wonderful business they run..lol Sorry (Admin) if I came off wrong I just don't anyone to get hurt by using there company. I have full Conversation/phone recordings/icq and aim logs along side with daily emails from NickOpRay

Maybe I can help you out more Nobody in there right mind would pay just for the Name/Number/Email. $30.00 Per lead is a Bit high if there not converting enough leads. $20.00 Per Lead is fair, If they show there knowledge and skill to get more volume moving up to the 30 mark is no problem.
Let me help you better understand a Mortgage Lead so that way you know exactly what most companys are going to want. Heres a perfect example for you
