How to change account info at CJ?
Hi,

I am an affliate of CJ.com,Since my office moved from US to Canada,I have to change my account info.

It asked me to email them for the change.And it told me it should be resolved in three working days.However,after seven working days,it still unresolved.

Can anybody give me some advice? Thanks.

This might help. It's the phone number for changing your EIN or Social Security number. Since yours will be going away or changing to whatever Canada uses, this might help.

Contact them again, or give them a call, CJ is good about making these changes, but maybe due to Labour day and the weekend the process got a little backed up, but we've never seen a problem from CJ on this issue.
