Has anyone tried Facebook PPC and if so how does it compare to adsense?

doesn't compare to google adwords. I find it more expensive and less effective. You'd think it would be a lot more effective since you can zoom in on your demographic. If I'm going to spend for PPC its adwords or nothing. Why use yahoo and bing's ppc programs when their SE is so much more inferior to google

Why do you think that facebook is so inferior? What have been your experiences?

I’ve run a couple of facebook ad campaigns in the past and found it too be an ineffective form of advertising, however there are still allot of publishers using it so it entirely depends on your product.

Like seentvcanada it’s an expensive way to advertise.

Your ads are more targeted. For example you can target 30-50 year olds in a particular city who are engaged. This makes your ads to be more targeted and you will probably get a better ROI.
