Does anyone have any experiance of trying to contact CJ through email?
I tried mailing them but they arent responding to my queries..so far. I would
want to know whether I can join their affiliate network as a merchant who has his own
in house affiliate tracking system.Since i have a complete inhouse tracking program
could i join their network of merchants or not?
If any of the merchants, who have their own in house affiliate program, have joined them,
please let me know,what was the registration fee. which program did u join CJ vantage or Access..
guys, if anyone has an asnwer to these questions, please let me know.

Have you tried calling them? I'm guessing one phonecall would take care of most, if not all, of your questions.

CJ has an exclusivity clause. If you have an in house program you can not use CJ.

When did CJ institute an exclusivity clause?

I'm not sure.

I ask because I know there are a number of programs that run both at CJ and SAS.

Are you sure you weren't thinking of Linkshare (who has had an exclusivity clause for some time)?

If it's not clearly stated by CJ in their agreement, I know that they do frown upon it. When I was researching BeFree which is now part of CJ, I was told that they do not state you can not have an inhouse program but they do strongly frown upon it. If you are planning on running an in house program and working with CJ, I would keep it on the down low that you have the in house program.

I have several client that are with CJ and also have in-house programs or are on ShareaSale. They don't like it but they don't prohibit it yet either.
