Adsense: too good to be true

My Adsense income is decreasing (but pageviews growing) and I supose the reason/s could be:
a) the advertisers have turned off his "Content sites" check (because they think is a waste of money, they have burned his budgets or any other reason)
b) Adsense is still in a test stage and Google is still testing how to target the ads (I've seen a lot of very untargeted ads)
c) Somebody of Google Inc. is viewing this forum (and some others) and they have think that 27cents/click is too much

In the way, it was too good to be true.

What do you think?

I use google adwords and might need to rethink my bidding based upon this surge in adsense implementation. I think that when someone types one of my keywords into the search box that I am getting a prequalified lead.... but with adsense ads showing up on all manner of websites casual surfers could start giving me clickthroughs. Syndication might result in a drop in my advertising return.

I believe the vast majority of the ads are well targetted and they're certainly clearly labeled as advertising, so anybody clicking on them is usually a good lead, looking specifically for the service or product advertised.

Gringo.
