Adsense ad layouts

I guess I should have looked someone delete this post.

Im just starting to get into adsense, I never really was into it. I was curious how to get those ads where people click it and then you see a list of different paid listings.

well you just get code from your account and insert in page where you want that ads show, if your page is optimize for cars ads will be about cars
