adsense account disabled?
a fellow AMer had his adsense account disabled for no apparent reason. They said it was due to illegal click activity.
He is 100% sure that he didn't do anything against their terms of service. In fact he built a site and just let it sit there and one day his account was disabled.

Has anyone successfully had their account reopen or any more information why their account was disabled?
